Cancellation & No Show Policy

A valid card is mandatory for all clients. A 48-hour notice is required via phone, text, or email for any cancellation without incurring any fees. Cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. If you have multiple appointments scheduled and you cancel one but not the other outside of the window, half of the appointment fee will be tacked onto the completed service. Failure to notify or show up for the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the appointment fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if there is an allergic reaction to a product or service that Hailey was made aware of and overlooked. If you're unsatisfied with the results of your service, notify Hailey within 24 hours of completed service so that she is able to remedy the issue. Opened products are unable to be refunded as they have been opened, used and contaminated.​
